Good afternoon Parents and Caregivers,

With the impending winter weather storm, we wanted to proactively share some information that may be beneficial for you to have in advance (for planning purposes). The Board is continuing to monitor Environment Canada and will communicate with school communities about any further cancellations or service disruptions. However, there are some decisions that we are able to make at this time.

Pizza Day has already been cancelled (a new date has been added: Monday, March 17th )

If OSTA announces cancelled transportation services for tomorrow February 13th, the following events/activities at Henry Larsen will be impacted:

• K-5 School Council Valentine’s Day Dance will be cancelled and rescheduled to a later date. (more info to come)
• The Intermediate Winter Activity Day will be postponed, and rescheduled for Friday, February 21st
